I am a 34 year old single mom who is pregnant again, I have recently moved out of a family shelter into my own apartment. I have also started a new job with a hospice company, after being on unemployment for over a year. I finally started to feel like things were going to make a change for the better. then on christmas eve my car decides to die on me. withou t a car I can't go to work or even maintain taking care of my daughter and self. I am losing hours with my new job job cause I need a car to drive to patients homes or facilities. I have only two more weeks on unemployment and there aren't any more extensions that i can receive to help me with money. I did not have money to get the car that I have fixed or to put a down payment no buying another vehicle . I need help in getting back on the road so I can move oh forward in my life,and to be able to care for my daughter plus the baby I am exspecting. Any advice or someone to look at the car and fix it, donations, I am willing to even work out a payment plan with someone....
I am a 47 year old woman. I have permanent disabilities, mental and physical. I am currently caring for an elderly relative with heart failure, kidney failure and various other health issues. My husband of 20 years committed suicide on July 20th, he was over half of our household income. I have been told by Social Security that I'm eligible for SSI, but I can't start collecting it until February because of a piece of property I have to s friend to pay off a debt. We are getting desperate! Any help would be appreciated. we're sinking fast here. If anyone could work on my truck it would be appreciated, I need it to take my dad to his appointments. I also have untreated diabetes.

I am needing help getting a newer-or used in good condition vehichle donated to our family. I am aware of some of the car donation programs, but so far most are "as is" and will need quite a bit of work. We can't afford to get much work done, and our vehichle just completely (finally) died last week~after MANY on going repairs. We can't afford payments. If you have some resources, please let me know ASAP. NAthan's next CF Appointment at Phoenix Children's Hospital is in med Dec. We have to go from Tucson. It's not that far, but over 130 miles from our house. In the mean time we are able to take the bus~so that is a blessing.

I have been trying to sell as much stuff as I can to help my mother
come up with the rent for her house. She owes $600 by today (yes I know
it’s late, but this is a last resort). We were able to raise $75 by
having a yard sale, but every little bit helps, or so I thought.
So I have decided that the best way to get the money is to sell my
truck. It is a 1994 GMC Jimmy with 117,000 miles. The exterior of the
car has been repainted so there hardly any rust (only one small patch).
The interior is black leather and it is fully loaded with keyless
entry. It runs great and you can take it to the mechanic of your choice
to check it out. The down side is that I am in South Bend, IN and would
need someone who will be able to come and pick it up. I am asking $3000
OBO.
I have placed an add in our local newspaper as well and I am just
hoping that someone who checks these posts are looking for a used
vehicle. This will also tremendously help my mother out in this jam as
she recently lost her job.
